i am going to change waterpump whant to know if its best to change it all are to remove and inspect for wear
it was done 2years ago . i am also going to change both stats should i inspect or should i change all

If you're going to all the trouble to inspect the water pump you'd be crazy to not replace it. I would replace it and you'll have peace of mind that it is 100%.

Thermostats are so cheap I would just replace them as well. You could easily test them and they could test positive but does that mean they'll still be good on your next trip out? If you replace them you don't have to worry about it for quite some time and coupled with your new impeller you've got a brand new cooling system!

If the pressure relief valves are not deformed, reuse them. They distort and melt if they get overheated. If used in salt water, you may prefer just to replace all the valves, grommets, springs, washers etc. They are not that expensive. Replacing the stats is a good idea.
