this engine was given to me,however it had a knock in it,when I stripped it down it had lower starboard and upper port pistons scored severly,other 2 cylinders and pistons are fine.I have the pistons to replace but am wondering why only 2 clinders and pistons were damaged,seems like an oil injection problem,anyone have any ideas.Chris What does the word Ficht stand for?

hhmmm I would think it was not an oil problem if only 2 cylinders are damaged, but more likely a lean burn (maybe) it is a very good engine and if you get it fixed properly it will give you years of good service, Ficht is the name of a company (I think) that made the computer controlled injection setup.
