I am trying to remove the powerhead for rebuild. The driveshaft spline is frozen in the crank shaft. Tried lower end removal, didn't work. Any ideas on freeing frozen spline? nightmare...!, thanks.

See if you can turn the flywheel with the gearcase just a little off center. Have the motor in the running position.

tried it all. only prob is spline wont pop out of crank.
