Ihave repaired and replaced my spark plugs, tested my vro pump, had lower end overhauled. initially i got her out on the water. drove her off the trailer made a 1/3 throttle circle. she died. adjusted the wrong star adjustment on linkage and lost timing. new to this engine with a Seloc manual which is very vague. need the best way to regain timing and then to keep this engine running when shifting into gear. she boggs and dies. carbs are good, think the timing is too blame. amateur to this engine, any help would be appreciated.
