The motor is a 1983 Mariner 25hp. Serial# is 695 553807 The part is labeled as a friction piece with a nut and bolt and is an optional part. It is placed on the shaft inside the tiller arm to put tension on the throttle and keep it at a set rpm as in a low trolling speed. Any ideas as to whom might stock this or be able to get it.
