My Mariner 9.9 will not idle. It runs smooth and consistent at WOT. The telltale has a good stream, so cooling system is well. What is the carb setting? and where should I set the ignition advance at, What is the proper adjustment for it?

Well I cleaned the carb and it wasn't dirty. There wasn't even any sediment in the carb bowl. The mariner still will not idle I believe the idle stop screw was moved and the idle airbleed screw is opened too far. I'm sure that 4 turns open is too much. What are the default settings for these two adjustments?
