1961 aluminum 16ft lonestare fishing boat

I reciently acquired a 16 ft lonestar fishing boat that has been used and abused over the years. I was wondering if it is possable to find replacement parts and if so where.I would also like to know what are the guidlines for HP and any weight limits.
