Just needed a little help with my new project. I just bought a 1981 20ft center wellcraft. It has some soft spots in the floor around the center and I'm planning on replacing a 6ft by 6ft section. The flooring that is in the boat is glass on both sides with wood in the middle. Should I replace the flooring with the same type that is in the boat? Or instead of glassing the new floor can I just use marine ply and resin both sides?
If I resin both sides I what type of resin should I use. Was thinking? From us composites 150 thick epoxy.
Any advice would really help!!
