recerculation valve behind carb eveinrude 150 v6 cross flow

please help have posted several times . i am new to computers and forum hope i havent made anyone
mad . have small gas recerculation line with checkvalve behind top carb that is spraying small ammount of gas
to bottom fittting on head could this valve be bad
i belive its supposed to clen reed boxes. carbs are clean
and have checked floats plugs are loadeded up
shocked with sea foam didnt replace plugs
if i unplug recr line idles smoother

That's what its supposed to do. Drain pooled gasoline from behind the reeds and deposit it into a cylinder. The recirculation vale is a one-way valve. Nothing should flow the other direction
