I am in need of taking my 29' Everglades with twin 250 Veradoes to a shop to do a full service. I think they want $500 a motor....But I was wondering if I could change my oil while my boat is on the lift(over water) is this a good idea? I was thinking of buying AMSOIL 10W-40 and let the dealer change it and use my oil. I am totally lost and dont know what to do? I totally dont want the dealer to use in mercury oil. That stuff is junk.lol
