Hi Bouys and Guls..
I am getting serious about buying a 2007, 195 CS Stingray.
Does anyone have any opinions on this boat... likes and dislikes...

Arguably the most bang for your buck in that size. Most 19' cabin models are fishing WalkArounds, with an outboard motor instead of I/O. That OB will make them more expensive. Most of the other I/O pleasure boat builders go only down to the 20' size for a cuddy model. Again, some more $$ than for the 195 Stingray.

Why the small cuddy cabin?

I have a '95 656 Stingray open bow and have really enjoyed it. I used to own a 19' 10" Bayliner with a cuddy. I had plenty of good times with it but have gotten a lot more use out of my open bow. The small cuddy ends up being a catch-all for stuff and isn't really of much use for anything else. In the summer it's to hot to use unless you moving and keeping a breeze going through it.

I'd have to think you'd get a lot more enjoyment out of an open bow boat that a small cuddy.

Around here between the real waves and the 4' wakes from the 50' boats going 9 mph in a no wake make a closed bow a must for me :)
