outboard clicking when i try to start

hi i have a 50hp evinrude outboard ex rnli. it was starting 1st time when last in use 7months ago now when i try to start her it is just clicking the battery is fine could any 1 help dont no any thing about them . it is a 1992 ex rnli need help thanks

disconnect and clean your battery terminals. If they are attached with wing nuts throw them away and use a regular hex nut as they will stay tighter. Also check and clean the wires to your starter solenoid and starter making sure the battery is still disconnected. First off, make sure that your battery is good and fully charged. If none of these work your starter solenoid might have gone south.
