Hello All,
I have a 93 Mariner 175 2.5 L and the midsection, steering bracket and trim/tilt pump are corroded due to saltwater use. I've found a 1996 Merc 6 Cylinder mid and lower with upper and lower cowling. Will the 93 Mariner powerhead bolt up directly to the 1996 Mercury cowling, mid and lower units relatively easy? I've just ordered the OEM manual but would like some insight from the user community.
