Hello to all. New to the forum and haven't had a boat in over 10 years. I wast recently given on trade a Hydrostream ski boat with a Mercury 850 motor on it, not sure what year yet, but guessing late 70's model. My question is the motor hasn't been ran in over 5 years so is there any perliminary things I should do before trying to crank it over? I know I should change the plugs and lower end fluid. The last time it was used, they seller said sometimes it would not fire and they thought it was an issue spark to one of the cylinders.
