Default Evinrude Sportwin Identification

I just aquired an Evinrude Sportwin outboard motor. I didnt get any manuals with it. I can't find on it anywhere what the horsepower is or how old it is. The serial number is 10016-02536. Any help would be appreciated. Or even a website that I might be able to find the info would be appricated

the model number is the 10016 part, the serial is 02536

which tells us it is a 1958 10hp evinrude.

Look here for the model number info http://www.old-omc.de/index2.html

great motor.

fuel ratio is 24:1 using any good tcw-3 oil.
