Just bought this '95 Lowes, Mod: 215. It came with a 60 Hp Yahama but whoever did the conversion did not change the gauges! But they did change the wiring to rearrange the dash gauges. I guess they saved some wire but half of the gauges do not light up and the hour meter does not work.
Anyone have a wiring diagram for the lowes/johnson and/or the lowes/yahama, or know where I can see/find one?? thanks, JamesMc

Other than the tach and trim gauge if you have one, the engine has nothing to do with the rest of the gauges. Here's a diagram for a "genric" dash. Note that the instrument lights, 12V, and ground lines are all "daisy chained" meaning that one gauge feeds the next. If some work and some don't, just follow the applicable line until you find the break in the string. The hour meter is just a clock so all it needs is 12V when the key is on, ground, and 12V from the light circuit if it has an internal light. Wire colors in the diagram will very likely not match what you have but the back of the gauges are marked so you can tell what goes where.
