1902 goes with a 1969 1.5 Horse Evinrude.

Check the 1969 1.5HP Evinrude parts manual on the Bombardier Recreational Parts Site and see if it matches .

Many routine maintenance parts, try the right side of this page.

For replacement parts, try your local dealers. You can find them by selecting the third circle and entering your zip code here:

"http://dealerlocator.evinrude.com/EN/?
Rnd=1174347249859"

For scarce parts, check here and scroll down for a list of companies:

"http://www.evinrude.com/en-US/About.Us/FAQ/Older.Vintage.Products.htm"

And, if you want to do your own maintenance, get a factory Service Manual like the one listed on Ebay.com.
Just enter 280094546725 in the ebay search window.

Thanks a lot, I purchased catalog of parts few days ago and now waiting to be shiped to me...I am guessing that lot of details about that motor will become clear, but still impatient as I am would greatly apriciate if someone could tell me what kind of cooling sistem it uses ( water or air) and what model of spark plug it takes....thanks much
V.

It is water cooled. The water pump is at the top of the gearcase and is powered by the driveshaft.

It runs on the Champion J6C set at .030.

You probably should have bought the factory Service Manual instead, The parts manual is free at the link on the previous responses.

Here is another Service Manual listing:

"http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Johnson-1-5-HP-1-5HP-Outboard-Motor-Service-Manual-1969_W0QQitemZ200092675745QQcategoryZ26453QQrdZ1QQ ssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem"

You will probably not find another that cheap.
