1967 20 hp Johnson lower unit replacement

I was given a short shaft '67 20 hp johnson complete with cracked lower unit. (Boat was pulled out of the water and the motor wasn't latched properly, and it fell on the launch ramp, I was told). Anyway it is full of spider cracks. I was wondering if anyone might know off hand what years of lower units will swap with this model besides the '66-'73 20 hp? Would any of the 10 or 18 hp lower units work as well? Just looking to see what my options are here.....

18, 20, 25Hp from the 60s, 70s and into the 80s. Johnson or Evinrude.

Only up to about 1976 - later 25hp lower units had a different driveshaft for the 31.8 cui. 25s. Only units off 22 cui. 18, 20 and 25 hp models will work.
