Hi Folks
I have a 100hp Mod 100293R, Ser J07206.
.
Is there a after market electronic ignition kit available to elimnate the points and caps?

If there is, is it worth it

Well....you don't have points already. You have the early version of the timer base. There is a sensor coil and sensor coil rotor. When a rotor lobe swipes by the sensor, the cylinder for that lobe fires.....basically that's how it works.
