[colour=blue]I just realised that EVERY cartoon he (and Hanna) made was my staple TV diet while I was young. Sort of makes me feel like I've lost someone I knew and loved :'( .

Tis a sad day. I can not remember one weekend morning not getting up to watch something they produced. Sure seemed better that what our children watch these days. :'(

Yes, a sad day for sure. Won't never be another duo like them.

I also spent every saturday watching. I am not a big fan of what my kids watch now, but I am not sure it is any better or worse than what I watched, just different.

This is a sad day but the day they started erasing stuff (smoking, violence) from the old cartoons was much worse.

Man I wanted to be Bam Bam when I was a kid. Some Pebbles action and the cool club.

How many noticed that The Flinstones is an animated version of The Honeymooners? Took me a long time because I didn't watch the Honeymooners until I was older and only re-runs of course, but it's the same show.
