mercury 115 1992 water flowing from under power head

PLEASE HELP .pUT THE BOAT IN FOR A TEAST RUN AFTER STARTING NOTICED THAT WATER WAS POURING OUT OF THE FRONT PART OF THE MOTOR UNDER THE COWLING WHERE THE POWER HEAD AND THE EXHAUST HOUSING MEET .wHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO FIX IT .tHE MOTOR RUNS WELL AND THE TELL TALE HAS A LITTLE WATER COMING OUT OF IT ALSO CHANGED THE IMPELLER AND THE THERMOSTAT .PLEASE SOME ONE HELP

I had a similar problem and it was the water jacket. Could you post a picture of the area it is coming from?
