milky white coming from upper exhaust port and also coming out of motor directly to the back of upper exhaust port along with exhaust smoke this is an area that should have no discharge of any kind. Rough idle stalling especially going from top speed to low speed.Loss of top end speed. Tore motor apart replaced lots of gaskets. also ran omc fuel conditioner and engine cleaner to remove any carbon deposits.Plugs are wet. Any ides of what the problem is please advise. Thanks
