My power trim/tilt was working but slowly leaking up top at the shaft, I got some salt water in it when the drain plug went bad but still took it out on the water. Whe back at boat ramp, I could not trim it up. got home and put more fluid, the trim motor was running strong. It would not go up or down though, after a while of adding fluid and triming up manually it began to come down using the button but not up, gave up after several tries and took to mechanic after a $700 quote I came home with it, now it won't even stay up, what can I do, please help, I have a 90hp 1995 mercury. The trim motor still runs strong in both directions. Thanks
