Anyone done a repower or just happen to know if the KC cutout (1988 cone clutch drive) is the same as regular cobra, or Alpha, Bravo anything like that?

If it's truly a 1988 460 KC then it's not a cone clutch but a dog clutch. The 460 with a cone clutch came out in 1990. So yes it's the same cutout as a regular Cobra.
