Default Mercury 3.0 Water Pump Removal

Hello to everyone. I have a bayliner capri 1750 with a 3.0 alpha one mercury engine. Recently have been seeing water drip out from behind engine water pump cover into the bilge area. I need to pull the pump out for inspection. Can anyone tell me how to get the pulley off and pump out because the motor mount bracket is in the way.

Disconnect the bolts holding the front mount to the bottom of the boat. Then raise the engine just enough to take the weight off the mount. Then remove the mount so you can access the pulley and the pump.
