Should I purchase Suzuki DF9.9 ?

Hi folks,
I'm new to boating :)
Got this spring new 10.6' inflatable and 2hp 4 stroke Honda but like to upgrade to faster motor :)
I can get decent deal on new Suzuki DF9.9 or Tohatsu 9.8 ( both 4 strokes)
What would be better choice ?
The Suzuki look more sophisticated than the Tohatsu :)

Please help newbie to make decision - THANKS


Edit: I also tried to found Suzuki user manual on line just to get some more info but can't find it anywhere including Suzuki web site. manual for Tohatsu is available for download on the Tohatsu website ...

Welcome to iBoats ... :) .... Why don't you look at a 15 - 30hp, as a 3.2 meter inflatable have a max of up to 30hp ..... Suzuki is definately the better deal especially when running it on an inflatables .... don't make your decision on if you getting a free manual online or not .... it's the quality of the motor that makes the difference ......

I wouldn't make the decision based on the manual :)
It is just surprising that Suzuki doesn't provide owners manual on line :)

My inflatable is listed for max 15HP and in Ontario registration is required for boats above 10HP, that's why I'll go with the 9.9

Yamaha have manuals online, you can never go wrong with a suzuki or yamaha, I trust you will make the right decision ... :) happy boating .... :)
