If it is anything like the 60 it is a tapered spline and requires a very ridgid puller. It will pop and come off easily but has to be strong. Don't beat on it with a hammer because there is magnets in it and you wouldn't believe what a new flywheel costs. (over 700.00 for a 60). Also don't lay it on anything metal. It can mess it up. You should get some info from somebody else as I don't know much about your year or HP. Mine had a threaded hole in the center that you are supposed to screw a Pusher in that will contact the crankshaft and pull the flywheel off.
