Mariner year and oil ratio

Hey everyone,

First time user and poster. I'd like to find out the year (production) and the right oil ratio for my outboard please.

Mariner 5M
6E3 S 10994
Made in Japan, and it has Yamaha Badging on what i think is the head.

Also, what is the oil ratio, and is standard 91 octane unleaded ok?
