Mariner 25hp es for duckboat

Hey,
finally got the time to play with the motor for my AA blackjack duckboat. Got a mariner 25hp es mounted, ran great last year until end of season. started running rough ( running on one cylinder) replaced gas, plugs...no good. Only getting spark on top cylinder.Posted here, followed you guy's advice, replaced ignition coils and switch box. Now I got spark on both cylinders, but won't start. Getting fuel to carb. Next step is to see if I'm getting fuel to cylinders. Any help here would be appreciated. Pete
