transome problems

taken all bolts aloose to change transome, but transome will not come loose from bell housing volvo 280 outdrive connected to ford commander engine 4-8, any suggestions

The "Transom" in your boat is made out of plywood and fiberglass, and is the back of the boat.
Here is a picture of a boat transom with a hole in it. The "Transom shield" mounts in the hole in the transom and the drive and engine both attach to the transom shield.

So, assuming you mean the "Engine Bellhousing" won't come loose from the transom shield, I have to ask. Did you remove the upper gear box, and remove the 6 bolts holding the clamp ring on? It bolts into the bellhousing.
If you didn't all the crow bars in the world aren't going to help.
Besides there are threaded holes in the clamp ring for seperating the ring from the transom shield, which allows the bellhousing to come loose.
