I have got a 1991 Seaswirl Tempo with a 4.3 OMC Cobra outdrive. I don't know what causes it but sometimes the steering wheeel rocks back and forth on it own. I don't know if I should have posted this in the seaswirl section or here. Just let me know if it should be in the seaswirl section. After sitting for a long time a couple of weeks the outdrive does sink some. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
