F200 stuck in gear.

New F200 is stuck in Forward gear. Throttles up and back to idle, but couldn't get it into neutral. I got it back to the house and docked but can't start it again with it in gear. Anyone have a clue of an on-the water fix ?

dissconnect the shift link on the engine , what type of control box are you using ? you must isolate it from an engine or rigging problem, if you can shift it to nuetral manually,shift link to center of the shift slide, then the issue will be in the rigging. if not it may be in the engine however thats very rare.
