Hi. new to this forum. I'm stumped on a problem I have. I've just replaced my trim cylinders (alfa drives) and now when I trim in/down my drive raises up. Also raises up when I trim to the up/out position. Double checked lines to make sure they where connected right, everything looks right. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Terry

I gave them my year and model boat and outdrives, so I'm assuming they're correct. I'm not at my boat so I don't have the #'s off the cylinders. The reason I replaced them was corrosion. The boat was in the water for a while, when I pulled the boat they were in pretty bad shape. Also had a leak at the fitting on the cylinder, threads were gone. But worked o.k.
Thanks
