lower Unit problem

1973 50 Hp Evinrude lower unit has broken two bolts, re-threaded both but only one of the two will except bolt,,will the remaining 4 bolts be enough to keep the Lower unit in place and also using a lower unit adhesive like Gasket maker #2.

I broke two bolts on the lower unit, opposite sides and not directly across from each other,, WILL THE OTHER FOUR BOLTS ON THE LOWER UNIT HOLD IT IN PLACE WITHOUT LOSING THE UNIT UNDER POWER???? helP PLEASE

drill them out and install heli-coils, you can buy them at any auto parts store get the complete kit comes all you need except the drill bit........
