New to forum here.
The boat is a 77 Searay with a Mercruiser 165.
Problem is that I have a slight water drip from the heat tube on the exhaust manifold that goes to the choke assembly on the carb. Is this normal?
It does not drip while engine is running but will after engine is shut down. If I remove the tube leading to the carb the drip increases. Any ideas?

Do you mean if you remove the tube it leaks from the carb or the manifold?

It leaks from the tube that goes through the manifold.
Is it possible there is a pin hole in the tube letting the water leak through? Or is that tube going through an exhaust port?

If you are talking about the choke tube for hot air to the choke, then it's either condensation or water in the exhaust from a bad manifold or riser. Even with condensation, I would be concerned as to WHY.
