Default steering
1991 Bayliner Capri 21 footer Force 120 motor steering seems to be frozen cable with a 12 inch bar at the steering wheel should I buy new steering cable and which one

You will have to get the old one off first to see the length of it.
Take it to the parts house and they can fix you up.

edit: Take it loose at the engine first and see if the engine will move easy from side to side.
