We have a 2001 mercury Omnimax outboard engine w/ direct injection 135hp, the engine itself only has 50 hours on it. When out at sea, the (what I believe to be the computer) was beeping 4 times every 2 minutes or so from the helm of the boat. We changed the water pump, which works fine, the cooling system is free from debris, and the oil filter looks fine w/ no evidence of water in it, and the oil pump is working fine also. I really don't know what this could be, but it continues to beep every time we turn on the engine, any ideas?

The 4 beeps then 2 minutes off code indicates low oil in the reserve oil tank under the hood, or water in the under hood water seperating fuel filter.
