'78 Chrysler 250 Carb and Water Pump help needed

I'm about to start trying to to get this '78 Chrysler 9.9 Sailor 250 running. I want to rebuild the carb but I can't figure out how to get the carb off. Any Ideas, anyone? Also, any help on the water pump would be great too!
