I have a 1987 force 125 and had it checked out when the engine would not go above 2500 rpms under load. it goes right up to 5000 in neutral. the mechanic said that cylinder 1&2 spark voltage was around 190 and that #3 had no spark and #4 had about 60 volts. he said it was the cd module that controls cylinders 3&4, so i called around to my local marinas to see if anyone had a module, so i found one and installed it but it still does the same thing. anyone have any ideas? the mechanic said that the coil pack was good, but i am kind of having my doubts. any feedback would be great!! thanks.
