OK, so I sent one to myself too, and I recieved it....
So have tried again with a PM.
When I open the drop-down below your avatar(with 'interact' in it,) I go to PM User, and you name appears as recipient #1, so fill in the message and send.
Lets see how it goes.

There's one in there labeled trucks but it has no attachments... I sent you a PM with my email address a few days ago. If we can't get this goofy PM thingy to work, just email 'em to me directly.
