i've got a big problem with my engine. it ides great, goes in and out of gear good, rev's up in neutral when you use the choke on the control box which means it's working fine fuel wise. but when i open it up it dies right down with no power. it seems like it's not getting enough fuel. it don;t stall out but if you try to go full out it is like there's not enough gas getting to the motor. i've got a new tank and a new fuel line, new plugs. a technician checked out the entire engine and said everything seems fine. it happen in the begining of the season so i was wondering if the carbs are gummed up. and are there any cleaners to buy.or what the problem may be. Any help appreciated.

I agree with fouled carbs. Do a search here for carb cleaning. There are plenty of posts with good carb cleaning descriptions.
