My prop struck the bottom at low rpm, it slightly twisted one blade. Is it okay to still use in this condition? Or should I get it rebuilt (if that's possible) or buy a new one?

See pictures below.

A good prop shop can rework it. You will get vibrations and loose effieciency from this thing. Get it fixed for $50 to $60 bucks. Have them add some cupping and make sure it's balanced.

Check herein for Hustler props. They are on sale and may have one for your rig at the cost of a repair and it already has cupping and ports, and high rake and all. And the next time you ding it, just buy the shell; the hub only needs to be replaced if you tear it up.

it'd be tuff to say "add cup" without knowing RPM or even the prop in question...
There's always more to the story.
