1995 115 Ocean Pro idling rough

You might try gapping your plugs at .040 rather than .030. A decarb might help too. Plenty of thread on that by just doing a search. You might just need to set your idle up using your throttle cable adjustment.

How do your plugs look? Wet, dry, black, brown? What are your idle rpms?

If your plugs are wet you are either getting too much fuel and/ or oil or not enough spark to consistently ignite it. You should be idling around 900-1000 rpm.
