Hi, my name is Jon. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a 1997 1750 Fish and Ski bow rider. It has the 30. Merc. I got the boat for 4500$ and had to do a little work to get her going. I had to replace the timing cover because the leaky water circulating pump was leaking and rusted a hole straight through the timing cover. This is the first boat I have technically owned on my own. My father in law and me were in together on another boat that we just sold, so I needed to get another boat. I can't live without a boat for to terribly long. I have taken it out on numerous occasions and she has ran like a charm. I use it mostly for cruising around the bay and hitting the islands and hanging out with family and friends. Do a little skiing here and there also. Just thought I would add my name to short list of Caravelle owners here. Boat seems put together pretty well and the previous owner kept in a garage so the interior is in excellent shape.
