Anyone been there in the last few weeks ?<br /><br /> Also anyone know how bad the Fish Flys were ?<br /><br /> Anyone findout what the state of the weedbed and walleye running ?<br /><br /> Thinking of going in late JULY or AUG. Have not been there in a several years.

First Mate,<br />Just got a place there last fall...but haven't had a chance to fish it yet. Was up there a couple weeks ago...lots of fish flys. They treated the lake for millfoil a few months back...haven't heard any reports on the weed condititions. Some have said the walleye fishing is slow...they had a ternament a month ago...slow. Perhaps we can hook up there (pun intended) and you could coach me on the techniques for walleye...I could offer you a place to stretch your legs...
