I am looking at purchasing a 1986 HydraSport 2500 WAC with a 1998 225 Yamaha on it. Does anyone out there have any knowledge about HydraSports? The hull has a Kevlar lable on it. Would like to know ya'll opinions, so jump on.

Hydrasport was the first one that I know of to use kevlar in building boats.First one I saw was a bass boat back in around 1983.Nice boat.Remenber them advertising a truck running over the hull of one of there boats,cool!As for as a 1986,if the price is right and the boat is solid,go for it,the motor,thats different.How many hours on it,used in saltwater?Count on replacing it within 3 years if you use it putting 100 hours a year.
