I have a problem with my Evinrude Ficht 90hp my2002.

The problem started when I ran out of gas. After refueling it won't start again.

I have the sparkplus and they are dry.
The fuses are ok.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

try priming fuel system & cycling the key on & off.look on back of motor on the fuel lines that hook to the injectors there should be a shrader valve purge there to,
