Tuesday, Feb 28th

There are some fishing trips that are made to become a lasting memory for the people who experience them. Yesterdays special 16hr trip was one of those days!! The seas were calm, the sky was sunny and the fish were willing to cooperate!! Our first stop was on a wreck which gave us our limit of Amberjack plus many more. This spot also produced a dozen keeper grouper along with much action from the undersized crowd. Several red drum (aka red fish) up to 40lbs were also brought up!! These, of course, were immediately released unharmed. Other stops throughout the day produced much appreciated action from the crowd. The next 16hr extended day trip to the north is scheduled for Thursday May 2. There is still room on this trip so make reservations today! The totals for the day were 30 passengers, 40 keeper grouper, 27 amberjacks, and a catch of mixed snapper and grunts. All in all it was a great day of fishing that we hope to repeat on the trip in May.

Group shot from trip in Tarpon Springs, Feb 28th
