Hi All,<br />I've starting the process of looking to buy two electric reels. I've done a few Google searches and getting an idea on prices. It appears these reels are quite an investment. Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated

I started to buy one for my Wife back when we were doing a lot of deep water fishing (450 feet). Checked them out at a boat show and they made such a terible noise I ask the guy what was wrong with it. He replied nothing that just the way they sound. These were made for Penn casting reels and I think were made by Penn. They were so bad it would drive you crazy. So make sure you see one in use before you buy.
