I can't seem to get spark when i am starting . Sometimes it starts and but most of the time nothing, just a lot of gas in the water.. Changed plugs and nothing ,, Time slipping away and not much boating. When it does start the plugs foul up alot .. Any suggestions?

Go through the trouble shooting section of your manual and also look through the FAQs section of this forum on starting an engine (great step by step process).

The first step is determining if its spark or fuel. Once you determine if its spark, then you can go onto the plugs, solenoid, kill switch, reset fuse, plug wires, stator, etc, etc, etc. If its fuel then you're looking at the gas, lines, fuel pump, carbs, timing, synch, etc.

So find the trouble shooting section and go through it step by step. You may need a multimeter for some of the electrical steps.

Let us know what you find out...
